We are looking for a friendly, proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at MR Absorber.

In this role, you will assist customers in understanding their vehicle needs, recommend suitable automotive products, and support the daily sales operations of our outlet.

Fresh graduates and candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who visit the outlet or contact us through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Understand customers' vehicle concerns and recommend suitable absorber, suspension and automotive products or services.
• Explain products, services, pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, enquiries and potential sales.
• Assist in converting enquiries into sales.
• Update customer and sales information accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance before, during and after service.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in achieving the outlet's sales targets and other assigned KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma / equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
