Respond to customer inquiries via walk in, phone, email and WhatsApp
Handling of online Sales Order and packing of parcel
Generate Sales Invoices
Perform other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
Basic computer skills in word & Excel
At least 1 - 2 years' of customer service experience preferred
Customer Service orientated
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently

Annual Leave from 14 days , up to 21 days

Monday to Friday (5 working days) 8.30am to 5.30pm
