Responsibilities:
1. BIM Software Implementation, Administration & Training (IT Function)

·         Act as the internal technical administrator for Autodesk Forma, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and related BIM software – including licensing, templates, plug-ins, and version rollouts, working alongside the IT department.

·         Design, build, and deliver structured training programmes and onboarding materials for staff at all levels, from new hires to senior modellers, covering Revit workflows, coordination protocols, and internal standards.

·         Run hands-on training sessions, workshops, and refresher clinics; produce user guides, quick-reference sheets, and video walkthroughs to support self-service learning.

·         Support the wider software implementation roadmap – piloting new tools, testing updates before company-wide rollout, and providing first-line troubleshooting for Forma, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related applications.

·         Gather feedback from project teams and translate it into improved templates, families, workflows, and training content.

·         Maintain documentation of internal BIM standards, software configurations, and training records as part of the company's knowledge base.

2. Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination (Project Delivery)

·         Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) BIM models across live projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.

·         Lead and manage clash detection using Navisworks Manage, log and track clashes, and drive resolution with design and site teams through to close-out.

·         Produce and quality-check shop drawings and technical documentation derived from coordinated models, ready for construction and site issue.

·         Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure project delivery complies with agreed BIM protocols and modelling standards.

·         Liaise directly with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and in-house design and site teams to keep models, drawings, and deliverables aligned and on schedule.

·         Support model coordination for site-facing deliverables, including coordination with site teams to resolve constructability and interface issues identified through the model.

·         Contribute technical input on sustainable design and building performance where relevant, including support for Green Mark / LEED-related documentation and coordination.

3. Cross-Functional & Continuous Improvement

·         Participate in multidisciplinary design discussions and project reviews, representing BIM/IT considerations.

·         Identify recurring technical issues across projects and feed them back into software configuration, template design, and training content.

·         Support ad-hoc digital delivery initiatives as directed by the BIM Manager / IT Lead, including evaluation of new BIM-adjacent software and automation tools.

Skills/Requirement:
•    Strong, demonstrable working experience in Autodesk Forma (ACC/ BIM360), Autodesk Revit (architectural, structural, and/or MEP workflows) – minimum 4–5 years hands-on production experience.

•    Proficient in Navisworks Manage for clash detection, model review, and coordination sign-off.

•    Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drawing coordination and legacy documentation.

•    Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentation and documentation output.

•    Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, and documentation.

•    Familiarity with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) development and compliance requirements, ideally aligned to ISO19650.

Multidisciplinary& Site Experience

•    Proven experience coordinating across at least two of: architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines on live, large-scale institutional or commercial projects.

•    Experience producing shop drawings and technical documentation that hold up to site-issue standards.

•    Some site-facing or site-coordination exposure, resolving model-flagged clashes and constructability issues with site teams, is expected.

•    Prior involvement in sustainable design initiatives (e.g. daylight harvesting, solar integration, Green Mark or LEED-supporting documentation) is a plus.

IT / Training Aptitude

•    Genuine interest in the IT side of BIM – software administration, standardization, and rollout – not only day-to-day modelling.

•    Prior experience creating or delivering training materials, onboarding guides, or internal workshops is highly desirable.

•    Strong communicator, comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

•    Methodical and documentation-minded, with the discipline to maintain standards, templates, and training records over time.

Qualifications &Background

•    Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Construction Technology, Civil/MEP Engineering, or a related built-environment field. A Master's in a relevant specialism (e.g. sustainable design) is a plus.

•   Minimum 4–5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience, ideally within Singapore or a comparable regulatory/construction environment.
