TransPak Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Executive in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics professional to oversee daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, smooth inbound and outbound shipments, and compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.

The successful candidate will also lead the warehouse/logistics team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support continuous improvement to achieve efficient and timely operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations using Sage/WMS, including receiving, storage, FIFO picking, packing and shipment.
• Ensure receiving accuracy, stock control, inventory ageing and timely reconciliation of variances.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, freight, carriers and 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead monthly cycle counts and maintain 5S, safety, ISO and RBA standards.
• Supervise and train the warehouse/logistics team and support operational troubleshooting and customer escalations.
• Operate forklift/reach truck when required.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics and customs requirements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems; Sage experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift/reach truck certification with hands-on experience.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
