JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Maintain Full Set Accounts and ensure accurate accounting records
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly account closing
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Handle invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting documents
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis when required
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and relevant parties
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in Full Set Account is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
