Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform 5S activities and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Carry out inbound, outbound, put away, picking, stocktaking, and cycle count activities accurately and on time.
• Conduct visual inspections and report shipment discrepancies, non-conformities, or exceptions.
• Perform material handling and ensure proper storage and movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, database information, and documentation.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving operational KPIs and maintaining service quality.
• Perform daily warehouse activities including put away, quality checks, picking, photo-taking, and truck loading.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of operational improvements.
• Liaise with internal and external parties when required.
• Handle goods weighing approximately 15–20kg when required as part of the job duties.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Forklift / Heavy Forklift license is an advantage. Candidates who do not have the licence may be considered if they are willing to undergo the required training.
• Experience operating a Reach Truck is an advantage.
• Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and standard operating processes.
• Able to perform the physical handling requirements of the role, including handling goods weighing approximately 15–20kg when required.

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,880.00 per month
