Job Description:

• To prepare food items and assists the chef in preparing and cooking meals.
• Cutting, preparation, cleaning works.
• Responsible for the preparation of dishes and handling methods.
• Keep a sanitized, clean, and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are of good quality and stored properly.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma, in F&B/Culinary.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Knowledgeable in western cuisine
• Well versed in oral English and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
