Pandan Man Hiring! Full Time Operations Coordinator in Kowloon, Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 23,000 - Ricebowl

• Coordinate staff schedules and manpower arrangements across our Central Kitchen and retail/pop-up locations
• Act as a liaison between management, Central Kitchen, stores, frontline staff and suppliers
• Handle daily customer enquiries, orders, feedback and follow-up
• Coordinate purchasing, stock replenishment, packaging materials and operational supplies
• Communicate management instructions and operational updates to staff and follow up on execution
• Conduct regular store visits and provide operational support when required
• Help maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows and store standards
• Coordinate with staff to resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Assist with updating menus, promotional materials, product information and store communications
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Support pop-ups, events, catering orders, promotions and special projects
• Handle miscellaneous operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
