SDMK Hiring! Full Time CNC Engineer (Milling) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• CNC Programming & Optimization: Utilize Siemens NX to generate, simulate, and optimize complex toolpaths for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling centers to ensure smooth, efficient, and collision-free production.
• Product Testing (A-Z): Perform rigorous test cuts on products from start to finish before initiating full-scale production runs to validate toolpaths, part quality, and cycle times.
• Machine Supervision: Monitor daily milling machine operations effectively and efficiently to ensure production goals, quality targets, and machine uptime are met.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any production-related issues, tooling failures, or machine errors promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate and liaise with external suppliers regarding cutters, coolants, and other raw or processed materials to ensure the factory receives high-quality supplies.
• Inventory Management:
• Check cutter stock daily to guarantee a sufficient and uninterrupted supply for production lines.
• Proactively place orders for cutters, factory consumables, inspection equipment, and all other necessary items.
• Fixture Design & Manufacturing Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the production environment. Design custom jigs, fixtures, and workholding solutions in Siemens NX
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Support First Article Inspection (FAI) for aerospace and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for automotive components, ensuring total alignment with GD&T blueprints.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on CNC engineering experience in a precision milling environment servicing the aerospace or automotive industries.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Siemens NX (both CAD and CAM modules). Deep understanding of programming, cutting tool properties, speeds, feeds, and machine setup.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail for inventory and supplier management, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
