Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
  • Language required: Mandarin & English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Strategy, E-commerce Platforms, Online Sales, Communication Skills 
  • Proficiency in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and respond quickly to customer enquiries.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Online Sales & Customer Enquiries:
  • Handle incoming enquiries from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
  • Provide professional and prompt responses to customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Follow up on potential leads to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
  • Send personalized follow-ups, promotions, and retention campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
  • Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve service quality.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze enquiry conversion rates, response times, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve sales strategies and optimize online customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on customer trends, sales performance, and common inquiries.
