Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing& Growth Manager to drive our brand’s expansion, acquire high-qualityleads, and launch new projects. In this role, you will leverage new mediachannels to identify potential customers, discover high-performing advertisingplatforms, and create engaging visual content (including short videos). Youwill also oversee ad budgets, calculate ROI, mitigate marketing risks, and usesocial media to recruit creative talent.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Design and execute digital marketing plans across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
Campaign Management:
Lead online promotions from the idea phase through execution and tracking.
Data Analysis:
Measure performance metrics (ROI, CPC, and conversion rates) to optimize future spending and results.
Team Leadership:
Supervise internal marketing staff or work directly with external agencies.
Budget Control:
Allocate funds and manage marketing budgets efficiently. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Required Skills & Qualifications
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret consumer metrics, web traffic, and market trends.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with modern digital marketing tools, software, and platforms.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork and clear reporting.
Experience:
Proven history in digital campaign management or a related marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Media Lead Generation & Platform Discovery
Utilize new media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms) to identify, target, and acquire potential customers (leads).
Research, test, and identify highly effective media platforms and advertising channels for launching the company’s new projects.
2. Campaign Strategy, Schedule, & Optimization
Design comprehensive ad deployment strategies, including precise audience targeting, platform selection, and optimal posting/launch timelines.
Constantly monitor ad performance and adjust schedules and platforms based on real-time audience engagement data.
3. Creative Direction, Content Design, & Short VideoProduction
Independently design or direct the creation of compelling digital advertisements.
Produce, edit, and deploy high-converting short videos tailored for modern social media algorithms.
4. Data Analytics, ROI Tracking, & Reporting
Calculate and analyze the correlation between advertising spend and performance outcomes (ROI, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates).
Provide data-backed recommendations and strategic suggestions to senior management to optimize marketing budgets.
5. Risk Assessment & Crisis Management
Conduct thorough risk assessments (risk evaluation/风险评估) for all advertising campaigns, ensuring brand safety, compliance with platform policies, and data privacy regulations.
Identify potential marketing bottlenecks or public relations risks and establish mitigation plans.
6. Talent Acquisition via New Media
Actively scout, identify, and recruit creative talent (e.g., freelance designers, video editors, influencers, content creators) directly through social media and digital networks to scale production.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Hacker, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of lead generation and project launches.
Video & Design Skills:
Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for short-form video content.
Analytical Mindset:
Proficient in Google Analytics, ad managers (Meta, Google, TikTok), and Excel for calculating precise ROI and marketing metrics.
Risk Aware:
Strong legal and cultural awareness regarding advertising compliance, copyright laws, and brand risk evaluation.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to both pitch strategic recommendations to executives and recruit talent online.
