$20,000 - $30,000 per month

• To monitor overall project coordinate, commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• To be able to independently carry out post contract QS duty including cost control, valuation of variations, interim payment valuation, pricing of estimates, reviewing contractors’ quotations and prolongation of claims, negotiation and settlement of final accounts, etc.
• 負責項目協調，按圖計算建築的各類工程量；準備分判招標文件，如工程量清單；與承包商及供應商協商，負責工程分判及物料採購
• 負責協助審核工程的帳目，一般工料測量員工作，成本控制和VO及Claims，就工程進度遞交糧款申請，整理與大判之VO 數及Final A/C
• 專上教育：文憑/證書; 2-3年QS經驗;
• 良好粵語優先；一般普通話；一般英語；懂讀寫中文；懂讀寫英文；懂Microsoft Office；能夠獨立工作，良好溝通技巧，懂圖則，守時，有責任心
