Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior EWF Developer to join our Shared Platform team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise Workflow (EWF) development, BPM solutions, and IBM FileNet technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting workflow and case management applications while ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Workflow (EWF) applications and solutions.
  • Develop workflow and case management applications using BPM/Case Manager technologies.
  • Configure and customize IBM FileNet solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Oracle technologies.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Develop front-end components using JavaScript and Dojo framework.
  • Perform system integration with enterprise applications and open systems platforms.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security, coding, and performance best practices.

Required Experience

  • More than 8 years of application development experience.

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Oracle technologies.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and enterprise content management solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or financial services projects.
  • Exposure to enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Relevant IBM BPM or FileNet certifications will be an advantage.
