• Greet and welcome visitors, clients and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen and redirect incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised and well-stocked with necessary materials
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports and documentation as required
• Manage visitor logs and maintain security protocols by issuing visitor passes and recording entry and exit times

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
