  • Oversee moving-in and living-in for residents, including but not limited to admission referrals, pre-admission counseling, financial assistance processing, and management of bad debts, engaging residents on lifestyle preferences, suggestions or feedback.
  • Uphold Service Quality standards through feedback management, award submissions, conducting annual resident satisfaction surveys and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute projects designed to continuously enhance the quality of residential care and foster a vibrant, elder-directed community.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualification

You should:

  • Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse operational and administrative teams.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to empower staff and support residents.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to oversee multiple portfolios, from financial administration (bad debt management) to program design and regulatory submissions (e.g., MOH audits).

It would be great if you:

  • Have prior experience in eldercare settings, case management, or healthcare administration.
