Assist clients in understanding and planning for pre-planning and memorial solutions, including funeral packages, niches and ancestral tablets
Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals
No prior sales or industry experience required – comprehensive training and guidance will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and a genuine desire to grow
Flexible working hours – part-time or full-time opportunities available
Professional, respectful and empathetic when communicating with clients and their families
Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable providing consultative pre-planning advice
Diploma qualification or above, with strong ambition, initiative and self-motivation
