About the role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind sales success at Letromec Industries. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, develop and execute winning sales strategies, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to the company's growth in the automation industry. You'll be more than just a salesperson; you'll be a trusted advisor, solution architect, and key player in the organization's success.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies across team members to hit group and individual sales KPIs
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to team members to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence
• Produce and analyze reports to formulate comprehensive strategies encompassing prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospects
• Negotiate terms of sale, including price, payment terms
• Visit customers regularly, collect customer demand information, analyze market situation, and provide feedback to optimize sales strategies

About you

• Proven sales leadership track record of success in leading and managing sales teams, exceeding targets, and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Customer service orientation and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced understanding of sales principles and knowledge of the sales process
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the automation, semiconductor, or trading industry is preferred
