Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and offer management, to ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent across the organization.
2) Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions, prepare salary proposals and employment offers in accordance with company policies.
3) Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee integration experience.
4) Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring requirements, organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
5) Coordinate and administer learning and development programmes that support organizational capability and employee growth.
6) Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department managers and prepare and coordinate the Annual Training Plan.
7) Coordinate HRD Corp grant applications and claim submissions, and maintain complete and accurate training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
8) Prepare and analyse recruitment and learning performance reports and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency, talent acquisition strategies, and learning effectiveness.
9) Support HR automation and digitalization projects, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and HRIS enhancements.
10) Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
