We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Resident Doctor to join our expanding primary healthcare team at our upcoming clinic in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical and communication skills, demonstrate leadership qualities and be capable of independently managing both patient care and daily clinic operations.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose, investigate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform minor procedures and treatments within your clinical competency.
• Provide preventive healthcare, health screening and lifestyle counselling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical and regulatory standards.

Clinic Management & Operations

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate clinic staff to maintain operational efficiency and quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and patient safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to improve clinic performance, patient satisfaction and overall service quality.

Job Requirements

• Recognised medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Appropriate professional indemnity coverage.
• Completed compulsory service, where applicable.
• Experience in general practice or primary care is an advantage.
• Good clinical judgment, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage clinic operations effectively.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
