• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure beverages are served with consistent quality and presentation.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with menu enquiries.
• Keep the workstation, equipment, and dining area clean and hygienic.
• Check and restock ingredients and supplies when needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily outlet operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Work together with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous F&B, beverage, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
• Own transportation is an advantage.
• Valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
