DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Operation Executive (Front Desk) to join our team at our service centre. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience at our front desk.

As a Service Operation Executive, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, coordinating warranty cases, managing parcels, and processing return and refund cases. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service in the fast-paced consumer electronics and home appliances sector.

• Managing front desk operations and delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from the moment customers walk in.
• Coordinating warranty cases, return and refund processes, and parcel management to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Working closely with warehouse, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, including handling warranty enquiries and service intake.
• Manage and process product return and refund cases in accordance with company policy, including verification, documentation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and finance teams.
• Manage warranty parcel packing, shipment arrangements, and receiving parcels from couriers.
• Record parcel details accurately in the internal system and ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and waiting area.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, service centre operations, or return and refund handling will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable in a hands-on environment involving product returns and refunds for home appliances.
• Strong command of English and a second language, both spoken and written.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A reliable team player with a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
