Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize and maintain solutions on the
Temenos T24/Transact
banking platform.
Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into T24 technical solutions.
Develop and enhance
T24 core banking modules, enquiries, versions, routines and reports
.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect fixing and technical support.
Develop and maintain
T24 interfaces and integrations
with internal and external banking systems.
Support
COB, batch processing and production implementation
activities.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Testing teams and other technology teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
Follow coding, documentation, security and software development standards.
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Skills & Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in
Temenos T24/Transact development
.
Good knowledge of
T24 core banking modules and architecture
.
Experience with
T24 jBASE/TAFJ
, routines, enquiries, versions and development tools.
Experience in
T24 interfaces, APIs and system integration
.
Good understanding of
COB and batch processing
.
Experience with
Java
and/or relevant T24 development technologies.
Knowledge of
SQL/database concepts
and Unix/Linux environments.
Experience in banking or financial services projects is preferred.
Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum
environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing is an advantage.
