Job Description
Responsibilities
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage site workers, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure work meets the approved schedule.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Implement and enforce workplace safety and health requirements.
Monitor project costs, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
Coordinate site inspections and resolve construction issues.
Review construction drawings and identify technical or site problems.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates.
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure sufficient resources are available on site.
Prepare progress reports, schedules, and other project documentation.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with relevant authorities when required.
Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction project management.
Strong leadership and site management skills.
Good knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and project coordination.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
Experience managing workers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
