Job Summary

We are seeking a highly structured, analytical, and results-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of our enterprise technology portfolios. In this role, you will lead cross-functional development crews, direct release timelines, and manage infrastructure or software milestones to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget boundaries. Partnering closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and corporate clients, you will turn complex technical roadmaps into stable, high-performing operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Governance: Direct, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end IT projects from initiation, sprint planning, milestone tracking, up to successful production go-live execution.
• Sprint & Agile Facilitation: Establish and run structured agile project delivery schedules, monitoring sprint velocities, and removing technical dependencies or operational roadblocks.
• Resource & Budget Control: Formulate project plan metrics, track labor resource allocations, and manage development cost parameters to protect margin targets.
• Stakeholder Communications: Bridge business priorities and raw system engineering capabilities, translating complex development dependencies into clear status reviews for executive leadership.
• Risk & Quality Management: Perform proactive technical risk assessments, track mitigation playbooks, and partner with QA to guarantee uncompromised software release health.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage strategic technical alignments, procurement contracts, and implementation deliverables with external software providers and technology integration hosts.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative technical field.
• Experience: Demonstrated professional track record in technical IT project management, scrum master execution, software delivery coordination, or systems consulting pipelines.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep operational fluency with project monitoring tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project) and a strong conceptual grasp of software development lifecycles (SDLC) or cloud infrastructure topologies.
• Accreditations: Recognized project management credentials (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master - CSM) are highly preferred.
• Competencies: Strong systematic troubleshooting capabilities, sharp critical thinking under tight deployment cut-off times, and an objective, analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to align multi-disciplinary engineering crews and handle client escalation frameworks.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $11,500.00 per month
