Dear applicants,

RAINTREE Cleaning is presently seeking passionate and suitable candidates to join us as cleaning crews.

Basic requirements and knowledge:

a. Preferably with Office cleaning experiences.

b.Good knowledge of using different types of cleaning chemicals for effective cleaning.

c. SGP/PR/LTVPholders are most welcomed to apply.

The job scope are as follows:

a. Main roles & responsibilites are:

• Cleaning of washrooms and maintaining its cleanliness and hygiene.
• Vacuuming of office hard floors and carpeted floors.
• Sweeping and mopping of office flooring, stairways and main lobby areas.
• Wiping of office cubicle glass panels, indoor windows panels, main glass doors and door knobs/handles.
• Dusting of horizontal and vertical surfaces of fixtures and furnitures.
• Wiping and sanitizing common high touch surfaces.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of pantry areas and spaces
• Replenishing of beverages, paper cups and plates at Pantries.
• Disposing of trashes and replacing its plastic liner.
• Any other light ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Simple maintenance to perform on the cleaning machine, equipment and tools used.

b. Personalities:

• Approachable, responsible and work with due diligent.
• Professional, positive mindset and cheerful disposition.
• Able to work independently with minimium supervision.
• Meticulous to details.

c. Working hours and location:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday).
• Working hours 7am-3pm (Inclusive of an hour lunch break)
• Nearest MRT is Pioneer MRT.

d. Benefits and package:

• Annual leave upon confirmation after 3 months probation.
• Bonus for staff who had successfully clocked one (1) full year of employment with good attendance and performance.

主要工作职责：

a. 主要职责包括：

• 清洁洗手间并保持其卫生与整洁。
• 使用吸尘机清洁办公室地板及地毯。
• 扫地及拖洗办公室地板、楼梯及大堂区域。
• 擦拭办公室玻璃隔板、室内窗户、玻璃大门及门把手。
• 清除灰尘，保持家具与设备表面的干净。
• 擦拭与消毒公共高频接触表面。
• 维护茶水间及相关区域的清洁。
• 补充茶水间饮品、纸杯及纸盘。
• 清理垃圾并更换垃圾袋。
• 执行上司安排的其他临时轻便任务。
• 进行简单的清洁设备与工具维护工作。

• 友善、负责并能认真工作。
• 拥有专业态度、积极心态与开朗性格。
• 能够在最少监督下独立工作。
• 做事细心，注重细节。

工作时间与地点：

• 工作日：星期一至星期五（公共假期休息）。
• 工作时间：上午 7 点至下午 3 点（含 1 小时午休）。
• 工作地点：靠近 Pioneer MRT。
