Job Summary
Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of corporate training programmes under the organisation’s training provider business. The role will work closely with Business Development and management to coordinate client requirements, source trainers, prepare training modules, manage documentation and support HRD Corp-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for corporate training programmes.
- Work with the Business Development team and management to coordinate client training requirements.
- Source and coordinate with suitable coaches, trainers and industry professionals.
- Prepare, organise and update training modules and programme materials based on client requirements.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, attendance, evaluations and other programme arrangements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements and other training-related documentation.
- Manage HRD Corp E-TRiS processes, including grant applications, claims and supporting documents.
- Liaise with clients, trainers, training partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate training records, databases and documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist with the development and coordination of new training programmes.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
- Perform other administrative and training-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, L&D, Education, Training or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, L&D, administration, HR, operations or a similar role.
- Experience with HRD Corp E-TRiS, grants and claims is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating corporate training programmes, trainers or learning activities is an advantage.
- Good administrative, coordination and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Able to work independently and closely with the BD and management teams.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
