Responsibilities:

• To provide IT support to retail outlets and head office

• Maintain and troubleshoot problems with computer systems - hardware & software, server, e-mail, network, CCTV, PABX, visual & audio system and peripheral equipment; provide solutions and carry out repairs where required

• Ensure backups are fully performed daily.

• Perform IT asset management-procurement, asset tagging, keep track of hardware and software inventory, movement and disposal.

• Maintain and file all IT installation media and documents.

• Ensure proper day-to-day operation of computers; responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the corporate computers & computer network

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 2 years experience in similar position, preferably in retail industry.

• Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and good communication skills.

• Willing to travel
