Job Summary

Lead and optimize operational management systems to drive cost-effective processes, improve profitability, and enhance customer service quality. Manage budgets, staff, and compliance while overseeing inventory, warehouse efficiency, and production quality.

Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective and appropriate manner to support business goals

Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Purchase materials and plan inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and support production demands

Oversee warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy in inventory handling

Ensure organizational processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals

Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability

Manage budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and control

Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs to maintain product standards

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a skilled and motivated team

Identify and implement initiatives to increase the quality of customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles

Experience in budgeting and forecasting to support financial decision-making

Familiarity with business and financial principles relevant to operational management

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and leadership

Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and drive results

Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
