VME Hiring! Full Time HSE EXECUTIVE in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Purpose
To oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure a safe workplace, particularly in crane manufacturing, lifting operations, and project site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (DOSH, OSHA).
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRARC).
• Monitor safety compliance for factory and site operations, including lifting activities.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Organize safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation (SOP, Method Statement, Lifting Plan, etc.).
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response procedures are in place.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and authorities on HSE matters.
• Support ISO audits and maintain proper safety records and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HSE experience (manufacturing / construction preferred).
• Knowledge of DOSH regulations and OSHA 1994.
• Experience in lifting operations / heavy equipment safety is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Competent person certification (e.g. Yellow Book) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
