Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Project Coordinator (marketing) to support the coordination and smooth execution of our digital marketing projects.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are organised, comfortable with coordination and client profile management, and interested in gaining valuable experience in the digital marketing industry.
No prior industry experience required – training will be provided
What You'll Do
Coordinate digital marketing project activities, resources and information
Support client management and communication, including responding to client requests and providing project updates
Track project tasks, timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Follow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks and action items
Document key actions and decisions from meetings
Coordinate and communicate project updates with relevant stakeholders
Monitor project progress and highlight any issues or delays
Assist with organising project-related files and information
Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as required
Ensure projects and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks
Basic knowledge of file management and administrative procedures
Additional Information
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 days per week
Location: Ubi Techpark
Salary: $2,000 – $3,200 per month
Eligibility: Applicants must be currently eligible to work in Singapore without employer-sponsored work pass arrangements.
