Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed, technology-focused workforce. This role manages HR policies and processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation-related documentation, and compliance with applicable labor standards. The Human Resources Officer handles employee relations by addressing questions, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s mission. Daily tasks include developing and updating job descriptions, supporting recruitment and talent management, maintaining HR records and systems, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. The role also contributes to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, learning and development, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and process oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and improve HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee support, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Experience in Job Description Development and supporting recruitment and talent management activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and use HRIS or digital HR tools effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with technology or AI-driven organizations and experience with distributed or international teams is beneficial.
