Job Description:
Identify customer needs and business opportunities to support revenue growth.

Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, RFQs, tenders and other related documentation in accordance with Company SOPs.

Support Outdoor Sales and Key Account Managers in the implementation, execution and management of new and existing customer accounts.

Coordinate the onboarding and handover of accounts to relevant departments, and ensuring all post-sales activities and service commitments are properly communicated and implemented.

Support Network related rate requests and work towards providing the optimum cost

Build a strong client relationship and manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers

Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all matters are handled appropriately.

Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and customer data confidentiality standards.

Ensure CRM is accurately updated in a timely manner and maintain proper updating of rates in CargoWise (operating system).

Job Requirements:
At least 2 - 4 years of experience in sales support in logistics / freight industry or similar roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders

Proven knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry jargons and regulations

Organised with an attention to detail

Proactive and a problem-solving mindset, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior hands-on experience using CargoWise is highly preferred / a strong advantage.
