Job Description
- Responsible for optimizing courier routes for last mile hubs last to improve operations performance (route efficiency and effectiveness)
- Able to understand, and perform basic excel/sheets analysis of courier performance related datasets
- Utilizing the internal fleet system to design routes considering various factors or constraint including geographical aspects and traveling distance
- Coordinating with ground operations to fully understand day to day issues faced by couriers, and willing to perform short distance travel
- Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives
- Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed, includes updating SOP and training team members
- Collaborate with other internal departments and provide support on projects as needed
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, backgrounds in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred, however equivalent management fields can be considered
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
