Requirements
Degree, Diploma or “A"
Good experience in Recruitment, HR admin & support duties.
Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit Security personnel.
Those who have experience working in Employment Agencies or engage in recruitment roles are preferred.
Duties
Plan, Strategize recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organization, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).
Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.
Human Resource duties including interview Security Officers, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel e-records.
Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff
Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or the authority.
Assist in annual grading exercise and ISO audit, BCM audit.
This role DO NOT require telemarketing or making any sales call
