Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both upcoming and ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Support the design team and management with day-to-day administrative, creative, and logistical tasks
- Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and follow up on action items to keep tasks on track
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts and design development
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, feedback, and approvals as needed
- Conduct basic research to support design decisions, market analysis, or competitor benchmarking
- Perform various ad hoc duties and special assignments as directed by management to support overall team goals
