Green Tomato Hiring! Full Time Senior Project Executive (AI-Native Project Delivery) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Senior Project Executive works inside a two-person project pod, driving real delivery workstreams under an Assistant Project Manager who owns the project. You will draft the specs AI agents build from, run client-facing prototypes, and direct agents on your own workstreams. This is the training ground for project ownership: the role is designed to grow into Assistant Project Manager.

You will do the following in this job:

• Drive delivery workstreams. Own defined workstreams within a project pod end-to-end — directing AI agents for research, drafting, and documentation, and validating their output before it moves on.
• Run day-to-day client communication. Handle routine client updates and clarifications; support the Assistant Project Manager in key sessions such as requirement workshops and demos.
• Draft AI-consumable specs. Turn captured user needs into draft requirements and testable acceptance criteria that AI agents can act on - reviewed and owned by the Assistant Project Manager.
• Rapid prototyping. Comfortable in building prototypes with AI tools to align with clients to capture user requirements. Leverage different AI tools to accelerate this process.
• Support acceptance validation. Test built solutions against acceptance criteria in an agentic way, flag defects and suggest solution towards the quality assurance pipeline.
• Assist AI-driven governance. Help run the AI agents that monitor timeline, budget, and risk; surface deviations to the Assistant Project Manager with a recommended action.

We are looking for you if you are:

• 2–4 years in project delivery, business analysis, or client-facing roles in the tech industry.
• Degree holder in Business / Marketing / Computer Science or related discipline — expertise matters more than credentials.
• Demonstrated AI-native working — required, not an advantage. You use AI to draft, synthesize, and direct work, and you can show it.
• Systems mindset. You instinctively automate repeated tasks, build verification into your work so AI output can be trusted, and turn one-off wins into repeatable methods others can reuse.
• Precise written communication - state what is in scope, what is out, and how success is tested, without ambiguity.
• Proactive judgment and action: you recommend an action when you surface a problem, rather than only reporting it.
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua an advantage.
