Position: Admin & Project Coordinator – Renovation
Monday to Saturday
Work Arrangement:
Office-based
Working Hours:
9am - 6pm
Speed Engineering Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based contractor specializing in renovation, building works, and maintenance services. We carry out projects for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Our work includes general renovation such as hacking, tiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing works, as well as repair and maintenance of buildings and facilities. We also handle air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems as part of our engineering services.
As a direct contractor, we manage projects from coordination to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. We focus on practical solutions, quality workmanship, and reliable service for our clients
- Handle general administrative duties, documentation, filing and project records.
- Reply to customer enquiries and follow up on renovation-related matters.
- Take instructions from the Operations Manager and coordinate daily project tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, workers and site personnel.
- Source, arrange and order renovation materials based on project requirements and instructions.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure required materials are available for ongoing works.
- Monitor renovation project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
- Follow up with subcontractors and workers on work schedules, outstanding works and site requirements.
- Coordinate site appointments, inspections, measurements and access arrangements where required.
- Occasionally communicate with clients regarding renovation requirements, selections, schedules, progress and updates.
- Assist with quotations, variation orders, purchase records, invoices, project reports and other supporting documents.
- Provide general administrative, sales and renovation project coordination support.
- Carry out other project-related duties assigned by management.
