About the role

This role involves performing phone and electronic device repair work, identifying issues and damage, and providing customers with explanations about problems and repair processes while delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform phone and troubleshooting repair work

• Identify problems and damage on phones

• Provide explanations to customers regarding issues and repair processes

• Deliver good and professional customer service

• Ensure all repairs are carried out carefully and according to company procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work space and technical equipment

• Carry out other related tasks as directed by supervisor

About you

• Minimum qualification: Diploma

• Basic experience in repairing phones and electronic devices

• Interest in technical and electronics field

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Responsible, diligent and willing to learn

• Good communication and customer service skills
