FINANCIAL OFFICER

Scope of Works :

1. Oversee the Company's overall financial position, financial planning and cash flow management.

2. Analyse the Company's financial performance and provide recommendations to Management including Company's income, expenditure, financial commitments and liquidity position.

3. Liaise closely with the Account Department in relation to the Company's accounting and financial matters.

4. Provide financial analysis, financial ratios, cash flow analysis and other relevant information to support business decisions.

5. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors and other financing parties on behalf of the Company, where authorised.

6. Prepare financing proposals, financial projections, business plans and supporting financial information.

7. Conduct financial analysis and feasibility assessments for Company's business opportunities, investments and projects.

8. Prepare financial models and projections for proposed business ventures, partnerships and development projects.

9. Monitor the financial performance of the Company's property development and rental activities.

10. Work with the relevant business and project teams to ensure that projects are implemented within approved financial parameters.

11. Evaluate the financial implications of proposed partnerships, collaborations, investments and commercial arrangements.

12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Management or Board from time to time.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM5,542.23 per month
