Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls.
Handle all project administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and project tracking.
Prepare and compile quotations, tender submissions, and related project documents.
Maintain accurate and timely submission of all project documentation and reports.
Assist in preparing project-related presentations or summaries as required.
Prepare, review, and maintain customer contracts, agreements, and supporting sales documentation.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
