About the Roles

Join us as a Sales Executive with an airline agency based at Beach Road, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package of up to $3,200 basic salary plus variable bonus, offering a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm) in the aviation and travel industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with travel agents and clients to grow business opportunities and enhance customer retention.
• Manage the company’s social media channels by creating and updating promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with management to execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
• Compile reports on agent visits, customer feedback, complaints, and sales results to support business improvements and decision-making.
• Analyse sales information to identify market trends, formulate effective sales approaches, and establish achievable revenue targets.
• Perform BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) duties accurately and efficiently when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with familiarity in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus or Galileo, are preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients and collaborate with team members.
• Able to manage social media content to support promotional activities and audience interaction.
• Demonstrate an interest in the aviation and travel sector.
