Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Troubleshoot and repair Plating, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve equipment downtime KPI targets
- Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure all PM records are accurately completed and updated (e-checklist and SAP)
- Support continuous improvement and maintenance projects aimed at improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), including speed, cost and quality performance
- Assist with new tool/equipment installation and commissioning as required, including setup support and handover readiness
- Maintain full compliance with Safety, 5S & Cleanroom protocols and promote a safe and disciplined work environment.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience.
- Experience in plating industry will be an advantage.
- Able to work in 12 hours Shift.
