EM Services Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Assistant Engineering Executive (Mechanical) in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing mechanical upgrading, replacement and improvement projects such as domestic water pumps, water pipes, water tanks, fire protection systems and other projects assigned from planning through completion and handover.
• Conduct regular inspections at residential blocks and other Town Council facilities
• Verify mechanical equipment and materials delivered to site against approved submissions and specifications.
• Ensure contractors comply with applicable Workplace Safety and Health requirements and approved site safety procedures.
• Assist with measurement and verification of completed works for progress payment assessment.
• Conduct joint completion inspections with contractors and Town Council representatives.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in mechanical building services
• Knowledge of relevant Singapore building, fire-safety and Workplace Safety and Health requirements will be advantageous
