Overview: The Product Marketing Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of product marketing initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between product storytelling and commercial objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role is responsible for driving consistent product campaign excellence, monitoring business performance and contributing to annual, seasonal and monthly marketing plans.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, high organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Primary Duties
Annual, Seasonal, and Monthly Planning
- Support the development of annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities
- Assist in translating business objectives into product plans and marketing calendars
- Monitor category performance and support marketing recommendations based on sales trends and business needs
- Work closely with merchandising, e-commerce, in-store visibility and store operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Business Performance & Commercial Alignment
- Analyse sales results, campaign performance, customer insights, and key KPIs to identify opportunities and challenges
- Support monitoring of campaign ROI and prepare post-campaign evaluations and recommendations
- Track category performance and highlight opportunities and risks
- Assist in developing marketing actions to support product sell-through and business growth
- Monitor campaign ROI and performance KPIs, providing clear post-campaign analysis and actionable insights
Product Storytelling & Campaign Execution
- Lead development of product-focused campaign that highlights innovation, fabric, functionality, and LifeWear philosophy
- Ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across digital, in-store, PR and activation channels
- Maintain high attention to detail in visual output, messaging, and execution quality
- Be hands-on in campaign development, production discussion, and rollout monitoring
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely merchandising, in-store, store operation and e-commerce team
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Team Contribution & Capability Building
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in driving team objectives and projects

Qualifications/Requirements
- Min 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance and marketing metrics
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion, retail, consumer behaviour and market trends
- Experience in multinational organizations is advantageous
