Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers at all times.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, resolving staff-related matters, and preparing work schedules.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring timely replenishment of products and supplies.
• Welcome and assist customers, handle enquiries and feedback professionally, and oversee cashier operations to ensure efficient and accurate payment processing.
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards to maintain operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a clinic, beauty salon, or similar establishment.
• Strong understanding of best practices in clinic operations.
• Ability to handle customer requests and complaints professionally and gracefully.
• Sales-driven with strong customer-focused mindset.
• Professional, independent, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of establishing effective policies, procedures, and maintaining high service standards.
