Job Title: MEP BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit and related BIM software.
• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and standards.
• Support project teams with design coordination and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of MEP BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
