RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• In charge of end-to-end Accounting Reporting Scope.
• Responsible for meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements of the company.
• Maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data for day-to-day business transactions.
• Prepare P&L accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis.
• Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules.
• Responsible for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset and intercompany accounts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare other balance sheet reconciliation to ensure robustness of accounts and investigate and clear differences on a timely basis.
• Prepare and consolidate (when necessary) month-end & year end financial reports.
• Provide guidance and lead the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the accounting field. Preferable in Retails and F&B industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Effective communication, Good Personality and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
• Familiar with accounting standards and reporting.
• Self motivated, resourceful and meticulous.
• Performance-oriented and a team player.
