Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Support smooth day-to-day operations at our GP clinics.
Attend to all patient enquiries.
Greet and register patients, verify insurance, queue management, schedule appointments, dispense medications, invoice and collect payment.
Receipt and dispatch of drugs/consumables/investigations.
Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
Assist doctor in procedures/being a chaperone.
Do basic measurements (eg. weight and height, blood pressure and temperature taking).)
Open and close the clinic.
Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic.
Sanitize medical equipment.
Any other duties deemed relevant by the clinic manager/ doctor on duty.
Job Requirements:
• GCE O level & above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of Medisave claims is preferable.
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Patient-oriented with compassion and good communication skills.
• Responsible team player, meticulous, independent and organised.
• Passionate to learn continuously.
• IT savvy as we are fully computerised.
