Job Description

• Conceptualise, develop, and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Design, curate, and source relevant visuals, graphics, and multimedia content to support social media posts and campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity campaigns for key events, programmes, and organizational initiatives.
• Write, edit, and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, staff announcements, updates, and organizational messages.
• Develop and coordinate content for internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage and Intranet.
• Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns to improve employee engagement and awareness.
• Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and presented in a clear and user-friendly manner.
• Write and edit web content, including landing pages, event listings, programme descriptions, and other online materials.
• Support improvements to website information architecture, including page hierarchy, navigation, menu structure, and content organization.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate content, and ensure communications are delivered accurately and within timelines.
• Support communications projects, campaigns, events, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in corporate communications, digital communications, social media, content creation, or website management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of social media trends, digital content, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with content management systems, website updates, or basic web publishing would be an advantage.
