We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Center ECC Lead to manage the Emergency Command Center (ECC) operations. The role is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and continuous data center operations, leading the ECC team, and driving effective incident management and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ECC team to ensure 24/7 monitoring of data center infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and environmental conditions.
• Oversee the monitoring of alerts and incidents, ensuring timely response, escalation, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and incident response workflows.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors on critical incidents and technical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolution reports for future reference and analysis.
• Conduct regular system health checks, preventive maintenance coordination, and risk assessments to improve system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular testing and validation exercises.
• Prepare and maintain ECC operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in data center operations and incident management.
• Must be able to work shift.
• Willing to work in Bukit Jalil / Sedenak, Johor.
